Job Requirements:

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district

• Med/Surg Experience

• RN Experience

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
  - Required
• NIHSS certification
  - Required
• BLS certification
  - Required
• ACLp certification
  - Required
• CPI certification
  - Required (Must be Crisis Prevention Institute's NCI With Advanced Physical Skills Training course)
• Cerner Experience
  - Required
• Must live at least 100 miles away

Other Required Documentation:

• Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
• Two current clinical references
• Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months)
• TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
• Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
• Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
• Must pass background check and drug screening
