Carlyle Senior Care of Aiken is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented MDS Nurse to join our dedicated team! Our facility is an 86-bed skilled nursing and long-term care community located in the heart of beautiful Aiken, South Carolina. We are committed to providing exceptional resident care while fostering a supportive and positive work environment for our staff.

• Complete and coordinate MDS assessments in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and maintain resident care plans
• Monitor reimbursement and compliance standards
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical meetings as needed

• Current RN or LPN license in South Carolina
• Experience with MDS assessments preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and skilled nursing regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Long-term care experience preferred
