- Develops standard Quality Assurance (QA) programs and procedures across multiple organizations and disciplines and ensures compliance and effective execution of technical and quality assurance requirements within the assigned facility or program area.
- Defines specific problems based on general information from management and customers. Plans Quality Assurance efforts and coordinates activities with those of other divisions, departments, and sections in focused areas to solve problems.
- Defines scope of medium to complex technical and quality assurance programs and develops effective quality solutions.
