Moe's Southwest Grill - Up to $55000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability.;
Manage the development and performance of shift leaders and team members.;
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in Quality, Service & Cleanliness; take actions to convert dissatisfied guests.;
Maintain an accurate staffing plan, interview prospective employees, and follow the four steps of staffing.;
Ensure compliance with food safety and Moe's/Sterling standards, including health inspections.
