• Proven retail or management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• A positive team player who works well in a small-business environment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities
• Willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Help lead, train, and support team members
• Work toward sales and performance goals
• Assist with inventory and merchandising
• Perform battery installations and other store services
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store
• Training will be provided for store-specific products, services, and procedures.
