Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical facility disturbance calls, access concerns, and request-for-assistance situations;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, help to deter unauthorized entry, and report suspicious activity and/or policy violations per site guidelines;
Complete detailed reports and documentation for incidents, patrols, and daily activities, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and on-site management
