Security Guard - Campus Roving Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including support during medical emergencies, behavioral health events, and facility alarms.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of patient care areas, waiting rooms, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to identify suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.;
Support access control activities including monitoring entry points, verifying credentials as required, and directing visitors to appropriate check-in locations.;
Complete detailed reports on incidents, patrols, and unusual occurrences, and communicate observations to site leadership and public responders as needed.
