Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $16.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, coordination with clinical staff, and timely notification of site leadership and/or local responders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify unusual conditions, and report concerns.;
Support access control by monitoring entry points, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, enforcing visiting and after-hours guidelines, and directing individuals to appropriate destinations.;
Complete detailed reports, log entries, and incident documentation, including observations related to property, equipment, and policy compliance, while maintaining respect for privacy and confidentiality expectations in a healthcare setting.
