Marksmen Security - - - Responsibilities:
Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner;
Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary;
Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles;
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms; patrol the perimeter to identify potential safety and security risks;
Respond to calls of distress, alarms and emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
