Job Family DescriptionTraining personnel design, develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge, and ensure required qualifications, of employees within the organization. They assess training needs, develop curriculum, and facilitate workshops or training sessions tailored to specific learning objectives. Additionally, they evaluate training outcomes and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement in employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
Discipline DescriptionOperations and technical training personnel design and develop operations and technical training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online modules. They ensure that content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals. They analyze employee learning needs and partner with subject matter experts and operations/technical management to provide input for course content. They plan and coordinating skills assessments and training, and they develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities Include
Responsibilities include creation of new training materials and revision of existing training materials using the A.D.D.I.E system, conducting field and classroom training, & maintaining compliance with DOE Order 426.2A, Site 4B Manual, and other applicable Site Manuals/Policies/Procedures.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE) in a relevant role, OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field
- Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Q Clearance.
- Prior SRS training experience, experience teaching and/or training background in a nuclear facility, basic understanding of the requirements listed in 426.2A.
