HVAC Technician

Universal Health Services -  -  - Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of routine to skilled general preventative maintenance duties in the repair, alterations and modification of building, equipment and systems;
Maintains gas fire steam boilers and makes necessary adjustments to ensure proper steam pressure, combustion, water flow, water level and proper operation of safety devices;
Performs and completes all preventative maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment including fans, motors, radiators, thermostats, dampers, and regulating controls;
Replaces filters and fluids as necessary, and completes all routine records of repairs and materials;
Maintains all gases to facility such as oxygen, nitrogen and vacuum systems needed for daily operation of the hospital
