Palmetto Heat & Air is seeking two experienced HVAC Technicians to join our growing Field Operations team. This is a hands-on, onsite role servicing residential and light commercial clients. This position plays a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service and upholding the company’s strong reputation in the community.

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose system malfunctions and provide accurate solutions
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Operate company vehicle safely and maintain tools and equipment
• Participate in occasional weekend work and overtime as needed

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Honest, dependable, and hard-working work ethic
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift, climb, and work in various environmental conditions
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred

$25–$32 per hour (based on experience)

Monday – Friday

Overtime opportunities available

Occasional weekend work / On Call as needed

Onsite residential and commercial service calls

Based locally (service area determined by company dispatch)

Daily travel within the service area using company vehicle
