Maintenance Technician II

Universal Health Services -  - Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of routine preventive maintenance duties to include repairing, altering and modifying building, equipment and systems.;
Maintain routine records and determine type and extent of malfunctions of equipment and, as necessary, adjust, disassemble, repair or replace parts or components then reassemble and tests for proper operation.;
Maintains gas fire steam boilers and makes necessary adjustments to ensure proper steam pressure, combustion, water flow, water level and proper operation of safety devices.;
Assists with the preventative maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.;
Performs general mechanical maintenance to kitchen equipment, boiler room equipment, etc. to include complete all maintenance records of equipment.
