The South Carolina Department of Transportation (Orangeburg Maintenance Unit) seeks technicians to perform skilled maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment. You will respond to field service calls, assess issues, and carry out repairs, including welding, often in harsh weather and long shifts.
Must have a valid driver’s license;
Class A CDL within 6 months of placement. You may work extended hours, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs, in a large garage environment.
