• Weekly Income:
  Average $2,200 gross per week for each driver.
• Annual Potential:
  Top-tier teams are banking $115,000+ a year per driver.
• Mileage Rate:
  Strong mileage pay up to $0.90 split team CPM based on experience.
• $10,000 Split Sign-On Bonus ($5,000 per driver):
  Structured to keep the cash flowing early:
  • $1,000 right after your first load.
  • $1,000 at the 30-day mark.
  • $1,000 a month for the next three months.

What You & Your Partner Need

• Active Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of solo or team tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Both drivers must live within 100 miles of each other.
• Clean driving record (MVR) and background check for both drivers.
