Warehouse Team Lead

Columbia Vehicle Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material movement within our manufacturing facility. This working‑lead role assists with coordinating workflow, supporting team members, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are delivered efficiently to production areas.

• Support daily warehouse, material handling, shipping, and receiving operations
• Coordinate workflow and assist with team priorities to meet production needs
• Ensure accurate movement, storage, and delivery of materials and supplies
• Perform inventory transactions, tracking, and adjustments using ODOO
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation efforts
• Assist with training and onboarding of warehouse team members
• Identify and communicate inventory, shipping, or operational issues
• Promote safety, organization, and continuous improvement
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, material handling, or inventory experience required
• Team lead or leadership experience preferred
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems required; ODOO experience a plus
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks
