Columbia Vehicle Group designs and manufactures industry‑leading electric vehicles serving commercial, industrial, and retail markets worldwide. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Inventory Analyst – Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.

Position Summary

The Inventory Analyst – Cycle Counter is responsible for performing daily cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and maintaining accurate warehouse location systems. This position works closely with warehouse and office teams to ensure inventory integrity and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cycle counts across all warehouse inventories.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies by analyzing receipts, issues, misplaced items, and unreported scrap.
  • Investigate and resolve negative inventory quantities.
  • Adjust quantities as required and identify root causes of discrepancies.
  • Maintain and improve location control, including establishing, revising, and deleting locations as necessary.
  • Notify supervisors of incorrect practices contributing to inventory inaccuracies.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and office teams to improve inventory accuracy and processes.
  • Support overall warehouse organization and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Good working knowledge of inventory and cycle count functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attendance and reliability.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse and office personnel.
  • Strong team‑oriented mindset.
  • Forklift experience preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements

Frequent climbing, bending, twisting, and lifting (20–25 pounds). Frequent walking and distributing parts among multiple plant locations. Willingness to work at heights.
