- Verify customer information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain records of due diligence activities and documentation for audit purposes
- Edit and produce various documents such as agreements, resolutions, and corporate correspondence
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards in all produced documents
- Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information for document production
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal communication.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and documents.
Previous experience in corporate secretarial or ACRA-related work is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Proficiency in using computer software and applications for document editing and data management.
Probation period: 1 month
