As the Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication and attendance tracking s position is suited for those committed to Christian education, requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills. You will assist staff, students, and parents while managing office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors warmly
• Manage calls and emails in a timely manner
• Track and maintain accurate student attendance
• Provide administrative support to teachers and leadership
• Help coordinate events and manage school volunteers
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a school office
• High school diploma required; further training is advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite and school software
