As part of our award-winning clinic, you'll coordinate clinician schedules and manage front-desk duties. Your main responsibilities will involve billing clients for services and assisting with marketing efforts during community events. You will ensure compliance with clinic policies and facilitate communication with health care providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk reception during office hours
• Assist in scheduling events and practitioner services
• Handle billing and accounts receivable for clients
• Maintain excellent customer relations and service support
• Generate detailed reports for inventory and finances
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Preferred experience in a medical office setting
• Understanding applicable medical laws and ethics
• Ability to draft invoices for services rendered
