Key Responsibilities:
• Complete essential clerical and filing duties
• Manage the referral administration process and scheduling
• Coordinate logistics for field staff and safety procedures
• Oversee financial reporting in alignment with agreements
• Assist in planning community communication strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient with administrative functions and Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety programs and effective communication
• Interest in Indigenous culture is a plus
