As the champion of product excellence, you will be responsible for executing the product roadmap and overseeing cross-functional collaborations. Your work will involve translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements while actively tracking performance metrics and engaging with customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the product roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Ensure quality benchmarks are met at every delivery stage
• Conduct market research to uncover user challenges
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate feedback into product features
• Track and report on key performance indicators
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of Product Manager or Owner experience
• Proven track record in launching successful digital features
• Strong Agile methodology knowledge
• Excellent communicator for diverse teams
• Skilled in analyzing data and defining KPIs
