Position: Contracts Analyst Role
Join Fortis Alberta as a Contracts Analyst and manage contracts in Airdrie. This full-time position emphasizes compliance and strong documentation skills in a team-oriented environment.

You will be integral to the Supply Chain Department, supporting the Supervisor of Category Management – Indirect.

Your role includes creating professional contracts, maintaining adherence to tendering laws, and managing documentation for proposal evaluations. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance procurement strategies and drive effective supplier evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain accurate contracts and tenders

• Document and evaluate proposal assessments

• Build and manage collaborative relationships

• Research contract options and provide recommendations

• Support tendering processes across departments

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Business or related field

• 5 years of experience in supply chain

• 2+ years in a contracts position

• SCMP designation preferred

• Intermediate MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is beneficial
