Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement engagement strategies for Indigenous businesses
• Identify and facilitate contracting opportunities
• Collaborate with teams and Indigenous organizations
• Monitor contractor compliance with engagement requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Minimum of 7 years experience, ideally with Indigenous groups
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to work both independently and in team environments
