Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate change management initiatives for effectiveness
• Develop comprehensive performance measurement frameworks
• Integrate monitoring into change management plans
• Perform ongoing reporting and performance assessments
• Collaborate with HR teams for effective presentation
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in change management practices
• Strong analytical skills in performance evaluation
• Familiarity with ESDC Program Management Framework
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
• Effective communication and presentation skills
Drive actionable insights and strategic enhancements within the HMP Programme's change management initiatives.
