Fortis Alberta Contracts Analyst Position

In this role within the Supply Chain Department, you will operate under the guidance of the Supervisor of Category Management – Indirect. You'll create contracts, conduct evaluations, and maintain compliance with tendering laws. Your ability to develop strong relationships will be crucial as you support various departments through the tendering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain contracts in line with legal requirements
• Document proposal evaluations accurately
• Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders
• Identify and recommend contract opportunities
• Assist in tendering and supplier evaluations
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Business or relevant area
• 5+ years in supply chain roles
• 2+ years in a contracts capacity
• SCMP designation considered a plus
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP is an advantage
