Position: Central Alberta Area Manager at Borealis
Location: Carstairs

Lead operations and drive growth as Central Alberta Area Manager for Borealis Fuels. This hands-on role requires effective leadership and commitment to service excellence in the propane industry.

In this significant position based in Carstairs, you will report to the Executive Team while managing Borealis's operations in Central Alberta. You'll lead business development efforts, coordinate logistics, and ensure service quality. Essential tasks include mentoring employees and participating in community events funded by Borealis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Borealis’s LPG service excellence vision

• Spearhead business development across market segments

• Manage day-to-day operations and service scheduling

• Lead a team focused on exceptional service delivery

• Participate in community events sponsored by Borealis

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial experience

• Background in business development is essential

• Preferred knowledge of the LPG industry

• Class 3 driver’s license is an asset

• Must be proficient in Google Workspace and skilled in multitasking
