As an Estimator at ACX Airdrie, your primary responsibility includes assessing vehicle damages and offering repair estimates. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including clients and insurance adjusters, is essential to delivering outstanding customer service. You will manage the repair process and uphold quality standards throughout, making a significant impact in client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the main contact for clients during repairs
• Evaluate vehicles to determine damage extent
• Write estimates for OEM repairs and supplements
• Inspect repairs to ensure quality control standards
• Communicate repair timelines and updates effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in estimator roles within collision centers
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar software
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history
