JD:
Product Manager - Collateral Management (USTC Phase3)

• Analyze daily counter party exposures across OTC derivatives, repos, securities lending, and prime brokerage portfolios.
• Support the calculation and validation of initial margin (IM), variation margin (VM), and collateral calls.
• Investigate margin disputes, exposure breaks, and collateral shortfalls, coordinating with Front Office and Operations.
• Assess the impact of market movements, recent trades, and lifecycle events on collateral requirements.

• Evaluate collateral eligibility, haircuts, and optimization rules to improve funding efficiency.
• Partner with Treasury and Front Office to support collateral allocation strategies across legal entities and business lines.
• Analyze collateral inventory, concentration risks, and usage trends to identify optimization opportunities.

• Interpret and support compliance with regulatory requirements such as Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR), EMIR, Dodd Frank, and Basel III/IV liquidity and capital rules.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting, internal audits, and model validation for margin methodologies.
• Maintain documentation for collateral processes, controls, and governance standards.

• Translate business needs into functional requirements for collateral systems, exposure engines, and workflow tools.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation for platforms such as Acadia, Murex, Calypso, or in house collateral engines.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and root cause investigations across trade, exposure, and collateral datasets.
• Partner with Technology to improve automation, data quality, and end to end process efficiency.
