Position: Controller for Amrize Finance Team
Drive financial excellence as a Controller on the Market Leadership Team s role focuses on financial management reporting, budgeting, and enhancing plant operations through actionable insights.

In this crucial position, you will partner with leadership to establish market area objectives and develop financial strategies. Your responsibilities include managing accounting functions, interpreting financial data, and leading budgeting processes to align financial plans with operational goals. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plant accounting and financial reporting functions

• Interpret financial data and provide actionable recommendations

• Maintain strong financial controls and account reconciliations

• Collaborate with management to align financial and operational goals

• Oversee compliance with company financial policies

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• At least 5 years of financial management experience

• Professional Accounting Designation (CPA) preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and SAP

• Knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP is a plus
