The full-time, permanent position within a growing organization offers the chance to apply your previous credit control experience effectively. You'll support the finance team by handling invoicing and addressing customer queries, all while ensuring high levels of service.
Your role will be integral to the effectiveness of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain customer accounts diligently
• Process invoices on a weekly and monthly basis
• Collect and manage outstanding customer debts
• Administer monthly Direct Debit collections responsibly
• Resolve queries related to invoices efficiently
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in credit control or accounts receivable
• Professional telephone manner and strong communication
• High attention to detail in all tasks
• Strong IT skills, especially in Excel
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
