Key Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly account reconciliations and journal entries

• Maintain accurate general ledger and financial databases

• Provide guidance on financial policies and practices

• Participate in weekly payment processing and documentation

• Support audit preparation and financial report compilation

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field

• 3-5 years of financial accounting experience

• Understanding of accounting standards (PSAS, NFP)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting software

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
