You’ll lead a team of Wealth professionals focused on securing the financial future of our members. This is a leadership role where you’ll combine coaching, sales leadership, and strategy to deliver an exceptional, consistent member experience in our compliance and administrative wealth functions.
What you’ll do- Grow the Wealth portfolio by identifying opportunities, leveraging performance metrics, and expanding new member acquisition
- Oversee compliance function related to Wealth Strategies team, including direction supervision of mutual funds Compliance team members
- Oversee the administrative function related to supporting the Wealth Strategies team, including supervising Wealth Strategies Administration team members.
- Collaborates with peers across the regions in serving members through sharing information, providing expertise, and providing hands‑on support to increase wallet share, grow the business, and to ensure a remarkable member experience.

- Post‑secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Financial Planning Designation (CFP or PFP) or equivalent, as well as completion of a mutual funds course with maintenance of registration eligibility
- Industry leading sales ability in growing a book, achieving targets, making referrals, and building a pipeline using a member centric approach
- Ability to lead, engage, and coach employees, set clear expectations, review progress, provide feedback and guidance, and hold people accountable to achieve member centric sales outcomes
