Loan Associate

Position: Loan Associate at Summit Search Group
Contribute to Canadian agriculture as a Loan Associate with Summit Search Group in Calgary, Alberta. Support lending processes and foster relationships with producers for a positive experience.

This full-time role requires a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Loan Associate, you will guide producers through loan applications, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance. Your experience in financial services and administrative support will help you coordinate effectively with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with producers using phone and email communication

• Review and organize financial documents for applications

• Ensure timely processing by following up on documentation

• Monitor loan applications for compliance with standards

• Participate in trade shows and engage with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Finance or related field preferred

• Background in banking or lending required

• Knowledge of credit and lending principles

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to travel for industry events
