Drive credit oversight and collection management at Pro Builders Supply Ltd. in Alberta. This role involves credit approvals, collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
As a Credit and Collections Administrator, you'll oversee credit applications and manage collections effectively. You will be responsible for establishing credit limits, monitoring accounts, and communicating with General Managers. Your contributions will help mitigate risk and ensure timely payments while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and approve all credit applications
• Monitor aging reports and communicate with General Managers
• Lead collection efforts through direct customer communication
• Prepare and manage legal collection documents
• Coordinate credit activities with AR Clerks
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• 5 years of credit and collections experience
• Strong knowledge of credit risk and recovery practices
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
