Business Partnering & HR Operations
- Partner closely with overseas and Singapore business heads and managers, providing proactive and consultative HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, performance management, and exits.
- Act as a key point of contact for HR matters across Singapore and overseas business units, aligning HR solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent application and adherence to HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all locations.
- Process Singapore payroll accurately and ensure timely CPF submissions.
- Review overseas payroll to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal standards.
- Handle employee enquiries related to payroll, leave, and benefits.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for overseas business units, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews.
- Support hiring managers in identifying staffing needs and delivering timely recruitment outcomes.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, bonus letters, and other employee correspondence.
- Handle work visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies and authorities (e.g. MOM) on HR-related matters, statutory submissions, surveys, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and surveys, including MOM surveys (Singapore) and other regulatory requirements where applicable.
- Initiate and coordinate annual performance appraisal exercises for Singapore and overseas business units, ensuring timely completion.
- Support annual budgeting exercises for headcount and manpower costs across Singapore and overseas operations.
- Assess training needs, recommend development plans, and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Support capability building initiatives aligned with business and organizational needs.
- Prepare and submit HR and management reports, including headcount reports, payroll summaries, cost reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Participate in and support HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations.
