Position: Experienced Senior HR Advisor at Albert Bartlett
Become a pivotal part of Albert Bartlett as an experienced Senior HR Advisor on a part-time basis. Your strategic HR guidance will enhance workplace engagement and employee wellbeing.

This role requires a seasoned HR professional to oversee complex case management and recruitment efforts. You will support both management and employees in maximizing their experience with effective HR practices. Your contributions will strengthen HR processes and facilitate positive change across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on complex HR case management and disciplinary matters

• Advise on absence management and facilitate return-to-work

• Coordinate recruitment planning and onboarding activities

• Represent HR in Tier 2 meetings with leadership

• Champion employee engagement and continual process improvement

Requirements:

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or currently pursuing

• Proven HR experience and UK employment law expertise

• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities

• Organized with the capacity to manage various tasks

• Competent in HR software and Microsoft tools
