City Centre Animal Hospital is looking for a Registered Veterinary Technologist who’s passionate about team culture, operational excellence, and delivering standout client and patient care to join us as Hospital Co-Manager. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Hospital Co-Manager and Managing DVM to lead day-to-day operations and shape a thriving, high-performing clinic environment.

- Own hospital operations including payroll, inventory, policy compliance (CVO/Controlled Substances), and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with the Hospital Co-Manager & Managing DVM to support staffing needs, from hiring and onboarding, to performance management and team building.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience, resolving issues with compassion, professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Use problem-solving and planning skills to manage costs, optimize revenue, and support long-term success.
- Lead through ambiguity with confidence, courage, and clarity, knowing when to adapt, when to push forward, and how to keep the team aligned through change.
- Provide RVT duties on the floor as required.
- Are energized by helping others succeed and believe in clear expectations and supportive feedback.
- Enjoy rolling up your sleeves to streamline operations and problem-solve on the fly.
- Have a knack for balancing day-to-day logistics with big-picture thinking.
- Know how to create an inclusive, team-first atmosphere where people feel heard and valued.
- Previous experience in veterinary, dental, healthcare, or hospitality leadership.
- Familiarity with tools like Dayforce, Microsoft Suite, or PIMS.
