We are looking for a professional focused on growing an already impressive audience. Reporting to the Alberta Content Lead, you will lead a team to cultivate audience relationships through broadcast, online and social engagement.

• Lead an existing team of content professionals as they hone their skills and continually seek to serve the community.
• Guide audience-facing activity, content, and promotions.
• Champion relationships with community stakeholders and partners.
• Work in unison with provincial Content Leads, Sales colleagues, and other Program Directors to increase engagement, share relevant content, and expand our reach across all platforms.

• You are a professional with proven success in media (broadcast, online, social, video).
• You are passionate about building and retaining audience and understand the value of each relationship.
• You are a strong leader with a history of coaching others to success.
• You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and are familiar with or have the capacity to learn about the Canadian Press Guide, Canadian Broadcast Standards Council.
• You are a relentless influencer and eager to engage with the community in Airdrie.
