Key Responsibilities:
• Full P&L responsibility for multiple brands
• Guide General Managers toward operational excellence

• Standardize best practices across operational structures
• Oversee integration of newly acquired brands
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in multi-unit P&L management
• Proven background in home services industry
• Familiarity with PE value creation methodologies
• Experience in enhancing operational efficiency
• 60–75% road travel expected
