Bethany Care Services Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise care staff in service excellence.

• Develop and ensure proper documentation of care plans.

• Coordinate resident admissions and assess care needs.

• Foster relationships within the care team and with residents.

• Evaluate team responses to resident care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.

• Registered with CARNA with no conditions.

• Strong organizational and judgment skills.

• Experience with gerontology an asset.
