Regional Crane Rentals Ltd is looking for an Experienced Part/Shop Coordinator in Gloucester, ON. Manage shop operations and parts inventory for efficient repair services in the heavy truck industry.
In this full-time role, you will oversee daily services at our repair shop specializing in heavy trucks and cranes. Your responsibilities will include managing work orders, maintaining parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills are key to thriving in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily shop activities ensuring efficient repairs
• Manage work orders and monitor job progression
• Oversee parts inventory, sign in and out systems
• Keep accurate records for service and compliance
• Build strong relationships with parts suppliers and manufacturers
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in service shop leadership
• Technical knowledge of parts and service operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to effectively solve problems
