Position: Yard Supervisor at Pro Builders Supply

In this key role, you will support the Yard Operations Manager to ensure efficiency and safety within the yard. You will oversee the performance of the yard team, assist customers with their needs, and maintain an organized workspace. A keen focus on customer service and effective inventory management will be central to your success in this hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise yard team and customer interactions

• Assist customers with loading and product identification

• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations

• Operate yard equipment safely and efficiently

• Organize and process orders and delivery paperwork

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience

• 3-5 years in lumber and building materials

• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 100lbs)

• Willingness to work outdoors
