Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize sales performance and track daily metrics
• Analyze purchasing trends for smarter decision-making
• Develop short- and long-term business strategies
• Manage operational budget and control expenses
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team
Requirements:
• 2-3 years as a General Manager or Store Dealer
• 3-5 years of Sales Management experience
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial acumen
• Proven success in team coaching and mentoring
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
