Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and develop accounting and office staff
• Manage assurance engagements including audits and compilations
• Oversee planning and execution of financial audits
• Review client financial statements for compliance
• Support strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
Requirements:
• CPA Designation essential
• Minimum 3 years in public practice management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Caseware
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
