This role requires a strong background in procurement and contract management, providing hands-on guidance to improve contract formation and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Improve contract formation and mitigate risks

• Act as trusted advisor during drafting and negotiation

• Deliver coaching to Contract Specialists and Buyers

• Mentor procurement staff for self-sufficiency

• Facilitate collaboration between procurement and legal teams

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or Supply Chain Management

• 10+ years in procurement or contract management

• Experience in complex contract negotiation

• SCMP or CPSM certification preferred

• Strong communication and analytical skills
