EHS&S Manager 's Facility

Position: EHS&S Manager at Eaton's Facility
Become the EHS&S Manager at Eaton's facility in Airdrie. Lead programs that ensure strict safety compliance and foster an exemplary safety culture across all operations.

You will be pivotal in strategic planning and oversight of EHS&S initiatives while championing the involvement of employees and stakeholders. This role focuses on continuous improvement, managing a skilled EHS team, and implementing training that meets regulatory standards and fosters a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the EHS&S strategy for our Airdrie plant

• Develop and oversee compliance and safety targets

• Conduct risk assessments and implement controls

• Handle training and performance management for EHS team

• Develop and test emergency response plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience

• 2 years of management experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of safety legislation and EHS compliance

• Must work on-site in Airdrie, Alberta
