Relationship Associate – Floor Planning
We are seeking a Relationship Associate with experience in managing accounts, analyzing data, building relationships, and working as part of a team to meet branch goals. The role involves providing financing (floor planning) for independent auto dealers, driving customer experience and organic growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Develop an understanding of customer needs by using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and work queues.
- Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns.
- Manage accounts and enhance dealer growth by engaging in focused performance‑related discussions.
- Manage, service, and mitigate risk on customer accounts.
- Manage existing accounts and drive new growth opportunities.
- Two years of experience in customer‑facing, sales, or sales support roles.
- A valid Class 5 driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability and desire to frequently travel within your market to support our current and prospective customer base.
- Desire and experience working in a multi‑faceted environment, effectively managing multiple tasks with strong focus on productivity and adaptation.
- Ability to use and understand technology required for your position such as mobile applications and software.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously as well as part of a team.
- High level of accountability toward local goals and business targets.
- Previous auto industry experience.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau.
