As part of Avicanna's sales team, you'll manage key accounts, build new partnerships, and enhance product distribution for Rho Phyto and Viola. A significant aspect of your role will be tracking sales efforts and engaging with retailers to meet corporate sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage cannabis retailer partnerships
• Conduct field visits to assess market conditions
• Analyze and report on sales performance weekly
• Collaborate with marketing on product launches
• Participate in pop-up events and retailer training sessions
Requirements:
• 3+ years in cannabis sales or account management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Existing retail cannabis network preferred
