The Role

We’re hiring a fully remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new pipeline through outbound prospecting.

This is a high‑performance, outbound‑only role. Your job is simple: generate qualified demos for our sales team—consistently.

You’ll be reaching out to dental and healthcare clinics across North America to introduce Claio’s AI solutions and book meetings.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who:

  • Is highly self‑driven and disciplined
  • Thrives in an independent, performance‑based environment
  • Is comfortable being measured on output and results
What You’ll Do
  • Research and identify target accounts in the healthcare and dental space
  • Execute multi‑channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, Linked In) to generate qualified meetings
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on defined criteria
  • Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track outreach activity and results
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance
  • Learn the Claio product inside and out to effectively communicate value to prospects
  • Contribute to refining outbound playbooks, messaging, and cadences based on what's working
What You Bring
  • 2–3+ years of BDR/SDR experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven outbound track record
  • Strong self‑management and accountability (critical for remote)
  • Comfortable with high activity (especially cold calling)
Highly Preferred
  • Experience in dental or healthcare
  • Experience in healthcare SaaS
